Without the title tag, the device wont be able to tell the blind person what the image is supposed to be, and the blind person will remain.. well.. blind in a sense that the developer made them blind by not including that tag. I've tried this a long time before and until now I can't get it to work. Good luck on finding a snippet that will actually remove the title of images on mouse over. What is the problem with the title anyway? The one that says Slider1 on your website? Please go to media in the backend, and find the image, and you will see it has a title tag that says Slider1 instead of something useful for google to know where the link is going as well as help the blind handicapped use the internet. By removing it, you will know the wrath of Google who demand title tags.
