No, I'm not aware of an easy way. Maybe you can use a hook or js function to check the cart items against the products in the shop loop and if they match you can add the icon. Personally I'd solve this with php but this definitely requires some coding...

Hey!

Just to clarify: you do want to use dynamic templates with custom header files included? That might be a little difficult, because there is only one template-dynamic.php file which is used to render all the dynamic templates, by iterating over the different elements.

The only option that comes to my mind is to wrap the get_header() function is this file into an if/else statement and also add the call for the different header within some additional if statemens.

Let me know if this helps, or I got you totally wrong on this one and you are trying to do something different :)
Cheers
Kriesi

Would be grateful if someone could help with this:

The site is actorshop.net

I'm using Propulsion theme on a website I've divided into 3 areas (Education, Corp, Production). I want each of those areas to have their own unique menu.

To give each of the 3 areas their own unique menu, I've made 3 custom templates that point to 3 custom headers, all using specific menus.

The problem is when I apply the avia_get_template(); in my custom template, it grabs the generic site header with the menu I don't want. I want it to grab my custom header and apply it to that particular page.

It's only when I remove the avia_get_template(); function from my custom template that I'm able to use my own get_header('edu'); with the menu I want - but I then of course lose the dynamic function of the avia template.

How can I have my own specific menu and still be able to use the dynamic avia_get_template(); ??

Thanks!

Hi kunststoffat,

The partner/logo of the theme is not a special solution or functions, it's a feature of the theme which allows you to display the logo of a partner or affiliate at the bottom of the page, in which when it is clicked, will direct your visitor to your partner's website.

If you want to work with this option, just go to (In your WP Dashboard) Choices > Template Builder > Logo/Partner List. Upload the logo and fill in the links. Hope this information helps. :)

Actually got this one figured out. Modified the wp_link_pages above the <!--end entry-content--> comment to include a div for placement and a span for styling. If I can figure out how to get the styling for a rollover to apply to my active link, I'm golden. Thanks for the help as always.

As far as I can see Kriesi's pagination function can't be used for next page/previous page shortcode. The pagination structure looks like:

<div class='pagination'>
     <span class='current'>1</span>
     <a href='http://www.kriesi.at/themes/avisio/portfolio/portfolio-1-column/page/2/' class='inactive' >2</a>
</div>

Maybe you can adjust the pagination/nextpage output so that it equals the code above.

As soon as I am able, I will get that up. But let me ask...

Does the Kriesi pagination function that is used on the blog post work on Pages?

If it does, what is the code to use it, as I am either doing it incorrectly or correct in my assumption that it doesn't work on Pages?

The nextpage shortcode seems to function as it does everywhere, so viewing the code won't change anything there would it? It's a question to the forum on styling it, since it was something you guys spoke about on here and went through the exercise of reactivating it.

All that being said, I appreciate the efforts you guys put into this little community and understand many things are outside the scope of "support."

I was afraid you were going to say that. I'm working locally for development and don't have a link to provide at this point. I could create some pages from the outputted code along with both css documents on an available server, but I would need an email of some type, as it would need to remain private.

I guess that means there is no way to use the kriesi_pagination function on Pages. Let me know if the above option would help or if I need to find some other solution.

Hello All-

Have a few finishing touches on my Avisio Mod that I'm having some issues with. The primary issue concerns pagination of pages, not post. I've viewed a couple of post online and on this forum, to no avail. I saw that the next page function can be reactivated and that works on Pages, but the styling doesn't match the pagination on the blog post pages created by the kriesi_pagination function. The active links get the styling (thin gray border with the scaled down text), but the non-active links are generated as text and take on the styling of the body copy. How can I - 1) use the kriesi_pagination function on Pages of the avisio template OR 2) style the newly activated <–nextpage–> shortcode to match the Post pages. I'd really prefer not to use a plugin if at all possible. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.

Hey,

Avisio uses specific custom jQuery to animate the slider and add other functionality to the theme.

I've not tested with NextGen Gallery (and we can't support 3rd party plugins which aren't included with the theme package) but if it's not working I suggest looking at other plugins which have the functionality you need.

Has anyone have had any problem with 'Avisio', when using the 'nextgen-gallery' plugin, specifically, the "Slideshow Option"?
I have not been able to get any slideshow to load on browsers when using 'Avisio', yet, everything works fine with other templates.
Other functions of the plugin work fine with Avisio, like image galleries, or single images, these work fine.

I have been looking for a solution to the problem and followed closely the steps that I found at the very end of this thread, on:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/nextgen-slideshow-wont-load-in-wp-291?replies=22#post-1504431
which includes deleting and re-installing the plugin, but the problem is still going on, any ideas?

Thanks.

PHP brackets look like this:

<?php ?>

So with the breadcrumb code, it would look like this:

<?php if(class_exists('kclass_breadcrumb')){ $bc = new kclass_breadcrumb; } ?>

There are a few files you can add this to, for individual posts it's single.php / for individual pages it's page.php / for archive (category) pages it's archive.php. Where you want to place the code is up to you, it needs to be outside the loop:

if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post();

otherwise it would show up for every individual entry (not a problem on page.php or single.php as only 1 article is displayed but in archive.php you'd end up with problems).

the theme doesnt use the breadcrumbs function, its just part of my personal framework ;)

you can add this within php brackets to call the breadcrumb but you will need to add styling yourself ;)

if(class_exists('kclass_breadcrumb')){ $bc = new kclass_breadcrumb; }

Hi,

I discovered the very useful file breadcrumb.php in theme's folder "framework" -> "helper-functions".

But no breadcrumbs are shown at all in frontend of the theme.

Then I tried the plugin "Yoast Breadcrumbs", but it has no effect in this theme: no breadcrumb is shown at all.

Where can I enable this function?

Thanks.
