I'm using the fixed header with social icons and additional navigation. I would like for the text of the menu (like home, contact, ...) to be lower. I've added '#header_main .container, .main_menu ul:first-child > li a { line-height: 170px!important; }' to the quick CSS, and the text in the menu is right where I want it, but the sub-menus then become extremely large. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks! I've tried margin-top: and padding-top: on 0px - no joy. They are fine where they sit on the larger media devices but on the smaller ones, they get pushed down over the top of the slide? Ideally I'd like them to sit centered (or right) under the smaller devices nav bar, in the brown textured area of the header. 2. Also the green block under the slide (#wrap_all ) is this here because my slide needs to be increased in height? is there a way of reducing it? 3. what's the ideal size of a slide for the boxed layout? Could you point me in the right direction? It could have been done in the header.php file or even the page.php but it doesn't look like anything from the theme features. What you could do, is use page template from the Template Builder and create layouts similar to that though they would be using the themes slideshow at the top instead of the kind of image that is custom added in. I tried that. the size of logo and header is good that way. unfortunately, when removing the meta part via css, the logo and menu items, slide up and the hovering line and active line under menu item is not at the bottom of the header. any idea how to solve this? I am seeing this being done with another Abundance page that I found (see link below) but I cannot seem to figure out how they are accomplishing this. It appears that the change is being performed using header.php. I would also like the flexibility of doing this on a per page basis somehow. Meaning I would like to have the ability to change that image for individual pages. Any help is greatly appreciated. Loving the Abundance theme. There is no XING Icon in entypo font. I wrote to them, but guess there won’t be a solution. I did all the steps (in functions.php I used the same codes as for tumblr for the moment). But then I did not get a new option in the design > header for XING. So I guess that even, when the font problem is solved, there need to be another step to get this option in the pulldown menu in the header section. Do you have any other idea?
