Incarnation theme: Is there a way to have the secondary menu in the top of the Header and not in the footer?
Thanks

Hi docusource,

The documentation file is in the main folder you downloaded from Themeforest in the folder "documentation".

Inside the theme folder (contents above) there is no index.html but instead an index.php which is read by the server in its place.

Regards,

Ismael, I also unzipped again the "incarnation.zip" file and what was unpacked is listed below. I don't see a "Documentation" folder, and in browsing the list, I didn't see the "index.html" file either. Could it be in another place, or perhaps isn't in this .zip? Is it available somewhere else for download, or can it be emailed to me?

Thanks for your help,

Hi docusource,

Yes, all new themes by Kriesi are using the same framework, and they have the same theme options, template builder and portfolio (you may notice it's angular but the one on the video is abundance). I think there are other things like sermons which you can only find in Incarnation, it not on the video tutorial but you can find it in the documentation folder packaged inside the zip file you have downloaded from themeforest. :)

Regards,

Ismael, I purchased the Incarnation theme, and this video tutorial is for the Angular theme. I'm assuming (before watching the videos) that these videos, although about the Angular theme, are general enough information to be applied to all themes. Is that correct?

Hi docusource,

This is the link to the video tutorial: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/angular/template-files/video-tutorials/

Also, unzip the file you have downloaded from themeforest, and inside it you should find the documentation folder, open it and find index.html, open this file using your favorite browser. :)

When I purchased this theme, I read in the advertisement page the following, "The theme comes with an extensive help file with videos to help you understand how it works." Does anyone know where to find this file? I searched the files that came with the .zip upon purchase, but I cannot find it. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Philip

Aha, thank you! Will give it a try. CSS issues don't bother me. Its the fact that in past z index didnt work correctly when I added secondary menu. I.e. first menu dropdowns were always hidden under secondary one, even if the correct index was set up in stone.
Thank u again, E

Hy,
the question is beyond the scope of this support forum but I can give you small hints. You can add the menu in header.php and register the menu in functions.php. I'd place the register code after:

register_nav_menu('avia', THEMENAME.' Main Menu');

I'm not sure if the standard menu will be styled correct or if css adjustments are required...

PS I mean shall I try the conventional way or there's a way specific to this theme? Secondary menu does not need to be with jquery for dropdowns. Just a simple secondary menu.

And hi again. And apologies if this is not a support question but I was wondering if there's a painless way of creating a secondary menu under the main one similar to say Newscast? I'd rather not use a menu widget to minimise things that can break. And I know how to make a theme support two menus by changing header.php and css but it was a bit unpredictable in past with complex themes.

So my question I guess is shall I try at all? :)
Thank you!!!
