Hello,

Is it possible to remove the background-color from links used in the Info Boxes? I've tried using the Quick CSS and declaring
background-color: none !important;
and
background-color: transparent !important;
but it doesn't do the trick.

Thanks :)

Hi,

Errr... Sorry, I didn't see even one icon over the text. I seen 2 light bulbs that could use more right padding, I seen some cool looking lightboxes, and some excellent choices for colors, love the blue on the top links, but I didn't see anything remotely close to what you describe using Chrome, Firefox, IE on Windows 7.

If I can make a suggestion though, please kill that floating social widget, it blocks text, and takes away from the entire 'look and feel', and instead put one of those floating widget that don't bop up and down (if you must) on the left side so I can focus on your message and not on that thing chasing me while bopping, hehe.

Here is the image of the page as I see it with arrows pointing to verious things. Can you tell me what you are referring to please http://i.imgur.com/xWc8s.jpg

Thanks,

Best Wordpress theme I have ever used hand's down so thank you!

The info box gives us the option of using our own image via a URL. What I ended up with was multiple images through the info box so that I can't even read the text. Also, I would like to use larger images. Is there a way to make more room for it to the left of the text.

To see what I am talking about, go to: http://neurofeedback-training.info/what-is-neurofeedback/. Scroll half way down the page and you can't miss the 20+ icons in a row over the text.

Thank you,
Zena

When I try to insert an info box, quote, or other short codes it just brings up a screen without any options to create the object. The screen is blank except for the cancel, preview, and insert buttons. But those don't work either.

You could apply a negative margin top to the h2 headings like:

.avia-innerbox h2{
margin-top: -20px;
}

The code will only effect headings inside the info box.

I had already edited the custom.css to lessen the padding. When I look at the html for the note box there are no paragraph tags showing. One thing I did try was removing the header styling tags and that did make the box a lot smaller. So maybe I will create a separate style for large text instead of using the h2 and h3 tags. I don't want to change the line height on those tags as they are working the way I want in other areas of the site.

If you have any other suggestions they are welcome. Thanks for your help.

Hey,
add following code to css/custom.css:

.avia-box {
    padding: 0 15px;
}

This will remove the top/bottom padding. I noticed that some empty paragraph tags are inside the box - maybe switch to html view and delete them because they push down your text too.

I've customized the colors of the Info and Note boxes (with your help, thanks) but now I'd like to eliminate some of the extra space at the top and bottom of the boxes. I've examined them with Firebug and can't seem to narrow down exactly what to change. Here are 2 examples of what I'm seeing with the boxes: http://leapindevelopment.com/services/ & http://leapindevelopment.com/our-team/ . IN both cases there is a very large space that I'd like to make smaller.

Thanks for your help.

Hey,
maybe there're plugins which allow this (although I don't know any). At the moment you need to use ftp (which is the professional solution nevertheless).
