Hi Michael,

I'm not getting that issue when I view your site on my end. However, first try updating your theme files to the most recent version. There have been quite a few updates since 1.3 and a css adjustment may fix what you are seeing.

You can download the most recent theme files from your Downloads on Themeforest and install the update just like you first installed the theme.

If you've made any changes directly to the theme files make sure to make a backup of those files so that you can re-apply the changes afterwards.

Regards,

Hi,

I'm having trouble displaying a 3-column shop element within a dynamic template in Safari. Firefox is working fine.

In Firefox, the 3 columns are each properly sized to 1/3 of the available width. However, in Safari, the 3 columns are shrunk down to 1/4 of the available width and a 4th blank column appears to the left, as if it is attempting to display a 4-column shop but with a blank 1st column.

Making matters even more odd, this Safari problem only appears on pages where I am using a dynamic template with a 3-column shop element. The problem does NOT occur on any of my 3-column product category pages.

Please view the two pages below in both Safari and Firefox to see the problem.

(1) NOT WORKING IN SAFARI
WP page with 3-column shop element in dynamic template
http://oboralux.com/beta/shop/

(2) WORKING IN SAFARI
Standard 3-column product category page
http://oboralux.com/beta/shop-catalog/product-category/categories/scarves/

Wondering if the problem may be related to the Safari rounding issues being discussed here:

http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/4-columns

Thanks for your help.

Best,

Hi!

No, I haven't found such an option yet. However you can try to use a "grouped product" instead - this product type allows you to display several single products on one product page.

Best regards,

After digging around a bit I now see that this may be a larger problem than I first realized.

It seems that if you activate variable products, not only does the ability to set a single price for all variations disappear from the admin page, but also the "add to bag" and product price disappear from all the product scrollers, related items and upsells sections.

This makes sense because if a product is variable, I'm guessing the system doesn't know which variation to "add to the bag" until the user first selects a variation from the single product page. Also, the product scrollers don't know which price to display because the system allows for different prices for each variation.

Ugh.

The logical thing would be for there to be a setting in the Admin interface where you can set the product pricing as either a single price for all variations or a different price for each variation. Please tell me such a setting exists and that I just haven't discovered it yet. :-)

Hi,

I need to modify my single product page to display a single price field for all variations. Furthermore, I need to display this single price field above the variation selection boxes.

Could you please direct me as to how to make these 2 changes.

Hello,

I am trying to display the product excerpt immediately below the product title and above the product price in all places that a product is displayed throughout my site.

I managed to get this working for the standard shop loop so it displays correctly on the carousel, etc. However, for the life of me, I can't get it to display on the 'related products' carousel on the single product page.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi Michael,

Try to add these code in your Quick CSS:

This code removes the social buttons and dialog in the header:

.title_container .title_meta {
 display: none !important;
}

This code removes the border below the title and assures that the title won't overlap with the sidebar:

.title_container.extralight-border {
 border-bottom: 0 !important;
 float: left;
 width: 690px;
}

This code moves the sidebar 80px to the top:

.template-blog .sidebar {
 margin-top: -80px !important;
}

Hope this helps. :)

I am hoping that you can help with some adjustments to the overall page layout of the Propulsion theme.

I would like to adjust the theme's page layout to remove the social buttons and search dialog from the page title and reposition the page title such that it sits BESIDE the sidebar instead of above it and such that the top of the page title aligns vertically with the top of the sidebar.

Please advise where in the code I might affect these changes. Thank you.

Still struggling to resolve this issue with the positioning of the sidebar on my shop category page.

The solution described above works well on my shop overview page but on the shop category pages the sidebar is floating to the bottom of the page below the products. As a reminder, I need my Default Page Layout set to "right sidebar" but I want to override this and have a left sidebar on ALL shop pages.

I stumbled upon this support thread and tried the suggested fix but this didn't work either - http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/sidebar-not-floating-correctly-on-shop-page

Oops, I spoke to soon. Your solution works well for my main shop page but isn't working for my product category pages.

Try following - open up sidebar.php and replace:

if(strpos($avia_config['layout'], 'sidebar_left') !== false) $sidebars_to_show = array('left');

 if(strpos($avia_config['layout'], 'dual-sidebar') !== false) $sidebars_to_show = array('left','right');

with:

if(strpos($avia_config['layout'], 'sidebar_left') !== false) $sidebars_to_show = array('left');

My site uses a right sidebar by default. However, I need a left sidebar for the shop pages.

If I set the Default Page Layout under Theme Options to "Left Sidebar", my shop sidebar displays correctly on the left. However, now ALL of the pages on my site have a left sidebar instead of just the shop pages.

If I set the Default Page Layout to "Right Sidebar" my site pages are good but my shop pages are wrong.

I believe the answer is to keep the Default Page Layout set to "Right Sidebar" so that my site pages appear correctly and to somehow override this setting for the shop pages. The question is, how do I do this?

I am happy to hard code this setting for the shop pages if someone can direct me to the appropriate place in the theme or woocommerce codebase.

Thanks for your help.
