The format is: <code><a href="http://google.com" target="_blank">www.google.com</a></code> You can even use the visual editor to make the code for you, then copy and paste it into that field, but simply filling it in is the most straight forward solution. They need to run through the visual plugin (the magic wand button) and I'm not sure how to edit that like I would normally do with just straight php shortcodes.
