My client is a printed classifieds magazine company. I am using Contact Form 7 to record user input for ad/classifieds placements which the client then outputs to their desktop publishing program to format for print. The problem I have is the Paypal button integration. Every time I set them up they appear to work fine then within a day or 2 they stop working. What I have done is set up a page with the Paypal Buy Now button for each product. Once the customer has filled in their details on the appropriate form for the product(advertisement) they are purchasing they are directed to the relevant page via a script that I have placed in the "Additional Settings" field of each CF7 form. For example: on_sent_ok: "location.replace('http://dev.ccctrader.com.au/ten-issue-subscription-payment/');" Then when the customer clicks the "Buy Now" button it should take them to Paypal where they can complete their payment. This is where I have the problem, it doesn't redirect them, it seems to just go dead. I don't have very many plugins: Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB and Contact Form to DB Extension Edit. These are to allow customers to submit their details for the ads and for the client to be able to sort and edit them for print. Paypal Framework: No idea if I need this or not. It was recommended to me however I have no idea how it works or what it is doing. Something to do with the Paypal API. I am now assuming that I don't need it since the Paypal buttons should really work independently from any site they are used on, is this correct? However I think this is a "must-have" feature and probably we'll create an extension which allows you to add an additional fee based on the selected payment gateway. I just re-did the form with new code from PayPal and I double checked their code and it was correct. After I switched to Visual Mode the selector box once was not working right. When I went back to HTML to check it had added the unneeded <Select> formatting. So basically once you add the code in HTML you cannot then edit anything about the form in Visual Mode or it makes changes. But site visitors are not receiving the theme's confirmation email of their order, and we're not receiving the theme's notification that an order was placed. Both visitor and seller are however receiving notifications from PayPal regarding cash. Banging my head. What could be the issue?
