Since you are flexible i just moved everything above her eyebrow in all sizes under 767px. But you can feel free to play around with the positioning yourself. The top block of code controls the logo and the bottom one controls the select box containing the menu. You can use right, left, top, down to move things wherever you need to. I really don't know whats going on but from my view the site appears almost unusable.
