Hi adammmson,

First try disabling all active plugins except for WooCommerce. There is supposed to be the template-shop class selector on the main ID but for some reason it isn't getting applied on yours.

Once everything else has been disabled, make sure to refresh your live view of the site 3-4 times to clear any local cache.

If that doesn't do it, try re-downloading the theme files from your downloads on themeforest again and then re-installing the them on top of itself. If there was a file corruption or something like that on the initial upload then it should get fixed overwriting the theme files again.

Regards,

Devin

Yes, I have Abundance 1.9, as well as the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. I don't remember doing anything with the theme files. Is there a way to put back the single product view back to it's default? Thank you for your help.

Your single product view is messed up. Did you change anything on the theme files?

Do you have Abundance 1.9? Please download the latest version on your themeforest account.

Hello, I am working with the Choices theme and tried entering this code in the Quick CSS to hide/remove the Search Form from the Header site-wide.

.main_menu .search_site.addapted {
display: none !important;
}

It didn't work.

I was able to hide the homepage form only by using this code:

body.home h1.page-home {
display: none;
}

How can I hide the form in the header on every page?

Thank you, Syl

Hi,

Try adding the !important to the above code. The code should look like this:

.main_menu .search_site.addapted {
 display: none !important;
}

This might solve the delay in hiding the form.

Regards,

Hey Shehan,

Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

.widget #searchform {
max-width: 100%;
}

That should target the widget search only and make it fit to the width of the sidebar.

Regards,

You need to be more specific about which search bar you are turning off. You need to specify in your css that its the search bar in the menu, not ANY search bar. That's why it's not appearing in the sidebar.

I think you need something like this to remove it from the menu only:

.main_menu .search_site #searchform div {display:none;}

I wanted to get rid of the 'search site' box from the menu bar and move it, using the relevant widget, to the sidebar. So, I went into custom CSS and put in the following code:

#searchform div{
position: relative;
width:99%;
height:44px;
display: none;
}

This successfully removed the 'search site' box from the menu bar, but also prevented the 'search' widget working in the sidebar. What am I doing wrong here?

Currently, on my site – http://golovegreece.com/ – I've put the original code back in and have got the search box in the menu and sidebar.

Thanks
