This is what happened... I got rid of the RSS feed, and where the RSS feed was I can now scroll over that and it will have a link to go to Pinterest. The only thing is that my my facebook and twitter icons are still the same round gray, and where I thought my Pinterest logo would be, it is completely blank. When I went to go find my new icons, I googled the icon images, found ones I liked, shrunk the size own to be VERY small, saved it as a .png file, and then replaced the image files with those... so I am supposing I did that wrong? How would replace these correctly? ALSO, am I able to fit four link/icons in that area? I wanted to add in Instagram too... how would I go about doing that if possible? Second, that css file was created in BBedit and those special characters are definitely not in it. In fact I just ftp'ed it back to myself again to reopen it, in BBedit, and they are not there. So now i guess the question becomes why do they appear online? I've never had that happen before... As a test I uploaded a file with absolutely no spaces in it and that was the only way I could get rid of those. <a href="http://www.websitetogether.com/custom2.css" rel="nofollow">http://www.websitetogether.com/custom2.css</a> I suppose the best thing to do now is contact hostgator and ask them what the heck is going on; i changed to a VPS account and I have a feeling whatever is happening is related somehow to that, because it clearly isn't about the theme or about my file.
