There's no need to use version.rtf in your case :)<br /> Version.rtf is in the main zip directory (open up the zip archive you got from themeforest. You can download the update at <a href="http://themeforest.net" rel="nofollow">http://themeforest.net</a>. Replace the old theme files with the new ones (make a backup first though).
