It just supports Embeds: <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds" rel="nofollow">http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds</a> (like youtube, vimeo, etc.). flv is not supported at all (even if it works with additional players like vlc). Html5 videos are (officially) not supported too because Kriesi did not include a html5 video script like: <a href="http://www.projekktor.com/" rel="nofollow">http://www.projekktor.com/</a> or <a href="http://mediaelementjs.com/" rel="nofollow">http://mediaelementjs.com/</a> in the theme files. You can try mp4 and ogv videos though - probably they'll work even without the html5 video js scripts because newer browsers support them out of the box.
