Hi,

Yes, each time you save the table the // increase , so if save table 20 times will have a lot of /////////

The single quotes will work if you save the table once and don't edit it, because after the first save a single slash will be added , and then another , etc.. So save the table but once until the fix.

That is another example ..

Example

It's probably preg_replace or some other regular expression doing something , but so far I can't find it, lol.

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm talking about this http://www.welsch-lehmann.com/marketing-automation/events/ . The url on that page seems to be working fine.

The version number may have been forgotten, you can edit that on style.css. You'll know if you have the Enfold 1.4 if config-woocommerce is present on your theme files.

Try to use apostrophe instead. Change this code

Hey

to this

Hey

It adds back slashes everytime you update or save the options. Let me tag Kriesi and the rest of the support team.

Regards,

Oh, I very much hope that my current page works fine. I have corrected all errors before I publish the life page ;-)

I loaded the current template from themeforrest. The local version.txt states Ver 1.4. However after uploading the Version number still is 1.3.1. ?!

The URL error ist still present. Check http://www.welsch-lehmann.com/testtable/

Wordpress is by far the most static CMS when editing AND layouting content. Workaround won't be the prob - especially when you're using a custom post type (e. g. the Portfolio) to build a somehow larger database of entries it goes crazy and complicated.

Maybe the maangement of all the modals is/was a reason to disable the shortcodes within the editor. I'll have a look by myself meanwhile - shouldn't be that hard. If I get a (practicable) solution, I'll drop a note on it.

Thanks and regards!

Hi,

on http://www.welsch-lehmann.com/marketing-automation/events/ I have a list of events.
In column one I have the name of the event linked to the URL of the source.

When editing the field it works ok to enter the content in the form
Example

BUT when you safe the file you get a backslash in front of the " every time you safe the table (not the page!) resulting in a URL
<a href=\\\"http://www.example.com\\\">Example

We are using Enfold ver 1.3.1

Yes I think that's possible - however it requires a workaround.

1) Use the "Default Editor" and create your table (shortcode generator). Then save the table and copy the shortcode to a text file.
2) Switch to the advanced editor and insert the table shortcode into the tab element.

I'll ask Kriesi to add more shortcodes to the visual editor of the template builder - I'm not sure why they're deactivated atm and maybe it's a technical limitation.

Hey there,

I do know the limitations of a template builder, but I have to ask this question (I've searched already the forums):

Any chance to get the table-template into a tab within the builder? I don't need this very urgently, but it would be neat due to customer satisfaction.

Background: I'm using the portfolio as product showcase and I would like to use the table for the products specifications. The question itself doesn't depend on tables - it could fit any other content element.

Another question: how do I activate some (or maybe all of) the shortcodes for the MCE within the template builder? Currently there's only dropcaps showing up (for some reason)... If I missed a topic on that, please point it out for me. :)

Thanks and have a nice weekend,

Joschi

Hi I'm working on large tables at the moment and it's very frustrating to have to edit everything in the page editor. Is there any way to bring the information from the page editor back into the insert shortcode Table tab to edit from there?

UI is a little off. The label is top aligned while the field is bottom aligned. How can I line the two up? Can I change the row height to align the two or can I change the label to top or the field to bottom?

Using a Sentence template I'm have no problem with getting my images to be responsive, except on one page: http://www.outtacontext.com/wp2/about/jeffs-past-so-many-dopplegangers/ When I resize the screen, the images do not resize.

.page-template-template-jeffpast-php div#table {display: table; height: 40%; width: 43em; margin: .9em 0; background-color: #000; display: block; }

I majored in Political Science and my first roommate's name was Rick Gates. He was from DeTour Village, Michigan (on the tip of the Upper Peninsula). Back then, the golf course on nearby Drummond Island doubled as the airport.

Rick was tall and lanky and I was, well, not. Yet, no one in our dorm could tell us apart. Everyone called me Rick. This was my first identity crisis. Little did I know my name and looks would lead me to others...

Other pages/images in this group of pages are responsive (but they only use one image): here's an example of a page like this: http://www.outtacontext.com/wp2/about/jeffs-past-the-beginning/

So, my question is: how can I make the images on the first page responsive (and the text in the middle as well)? Thx.

Hi amaule07,

Check to see if the extension has an update to go along with the woocommerce update. You may also need to disable it then reactivate it but definitely check with WC support as they should be able to help out since you've paid for it.

Regards,

Hey!

Yes, Display doesn't provide the necessary css code for tables. You can use plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-table-reloaded/ or http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pricing-table/

Best regards,

Hi Jason,

WooCommerce and Wordpress change independently to the theme and so updates need to be done in order to keep all functionality working correctly.

For instance the theme needed an update to version 1.3.2 to work with Wordpress 3.3+. When WooCommerce updated to 1.6 the theme needed to update as well since some templates were depricated and they changed some other little things here and there that caused problems.

What you can do is go ahead and make a copy of your config-woocommerce file and whatever css changes you made to the single product page and then give everything a full update. Then go through and re-apply your changes to the single product page providing that the checkout is now working.

Regards,

Hi Devin,

We've customized the layout of the product info page. It was more challenging that anticipated but we're happy with the layout changes. (Check it out...you may want to include it as an option for future iterations.) We really don't want to update the theme and lose those changes!

Can you give me anything to look into? (Why do you say "It looks like you probably need to update..."? What are you seeing that makes you think so?)

Can you explain a bit further what you mean about "if you have a conflict with updating WooCommerce further"? Are you hearing reports of conflicts and broken stores/themes? If we were to update the theme, would it not include the newest version of WooCommerce?

Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason,

It looks like you probably need to update both the theme and Wordpress. Though, the most recent update of the theme is designed to work with WooCommerce 1.6+ so you can try just updating wordrpess first if you have a conflict with updating WooCommerce further.
