To find the conflict you need to deactivate all plugins - then activate them one by one and try to submit a feedback after every plugin you activated. The feedback submission should work after deactivating all plugins. When you submit a new one (you can go ahead and try it and I'll just delete it from the backend if you want), the ajax loader never stops and completes. It just looks like it's continuously loading and your post never actually gets submitted. I opened the same page in a new tab, and it showed the new entry, while that entry in the previous tab was still "submitting". So my guess is people get annoyed and confused, and click submit a second time, and it gets registered twice.</p> <p>So it seems like the real problem is that when you create a new post, it never gets past the "submission in progress" stage and to the "submission complete" stage of the UI.
