The code is commented on where the slider starts and it ends just above the start of the main boxes (also commented). Otherwise, you could just create a new home page using a regular wordpress page and the plugin shortcode. Then go to Settings>Reading and set that page as the sites home page. Add this code in your header.php: <code><nav><?php wp_nav_menu(array('menu' => 'Main Nav Menu')); ?></nav></code> place this code inside your header div or where you want it to be placed. 3. Then go to Appearance > Menus. Create a menu and name it "Main Nav Menu" (the same with name in #2). After creating the menu, Add some links to the menu.
