The 'version_brightbox.rtf' states it is version 1.4 but the style.css file within the brightox zip file within the main zip states 1.3 Also there is no size difference between the older 1.3 I ran on my site and the newer one. While it may be possible to run on a lower version, we wouldn't be able to help get things working or help if there are any issues. Save and then export the file with the correct URL already in place, and after the export is complete, change the URL back to the original for the old website. Make a backup of your old theme files first, then update your theme files by using a ftp program like filezilla and the changelog (called version.rtf) which helps you to replace the modified files only. So just re-download that whole zip package of the theme then un-zip it and inside will be the actual theme file as a zipped file that you can upload through the wordpress interface or unzip that theme file and upload it via ftp as Ismael said.
