The customisations you have in mind aren't something I have the time to take care of, however there is a thread on Theme Forest for theme customisation -> http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/so-you-know-how-to-customize-a-template-and-want-to-make-some-money/24795

If you need help getting the theme set up as per the demos, feel free to ask any questions.

To give you a better idea of what I want to achieve I have mocked up these two examples in Photoshop..

These are exactly what I am trying to achieve..

http://www.benrobins.com/wp-content/uploads/Website_Layout_Idea_01.gif

http://www.benrobins.com/wp-content/uploads/Website_Layout_Idea_02.gif

Ps, I have also discovered that the page I am talking about is not the blog at all but rather the Single.php as the Portfolio entries are Single Posts..

Basically, on my site, ALL single posts will be portfolio entries and I would like them to follow a certain style (such as in the mock ups)..

Many Thanks!!

Ben

Hi there!

Firstly let me just say that I have and love the Display theme!! I never thought I would be able to get a personal site up as quick and easy as I did with this! So thank you for producing it. :)

Over the last few months I have tweaked and changed bits of minor CSS to better suit my needs and the site is looking great! I am really pleased with the way it is shaping up!!

http://www.benrobins.com

I have one main (major) task left to do in order to have my site what I can consider a finished state and I feel I am a little out of my depth with how to achieve it!!

What I need to do is customize / create a custom page template for my individual portfolio entries.

http://www.benrobins.com/projects/

Currently, when you click on one of my projects you will go to the individual project page, that (I think) was using a 'Blog' template?? As you can see I have edited this down to the bare essentials.

What I want to do now is to create or edit this template (possibly even rename it to Project Page Template).

For the basic template I want it to have one big image and a series of smaller preview images (exactly the same size as on http://www.benrobins.com/projects/ and also some space for the text.

I want all the image to link to the prettyphoto image viewer so the user can click next through them all etc.

I would also like, maybe in the top right, a 'previous / next' function that would take the user to the next or previous project.

I know I may be asking a lot here but I am so pleased with the way the site is turning out I just want it to be perfect for me!!

Waiting in anticipation...

Many Thanks!!

Ben
