Hello,

You can open plugins > woocommerce > templates > single-product. You can start there. You can visit woocommerce support forum for more help. :)

Would you be able to suggest where I should start. I am afraid I need to find a solution here, and simply having the message overlay the price looks unprofessional.

I should be able to edit the code, if show the correct destination and given the correct code.

Thanks

Hi M,

You would need to re-do the layout of the product page in order to change where the price is attached which is a bit complicated than what we can offer through support.

Regards,

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it and it did not work.

Again, this is quite new to me, but is there any way I could attached the price, or make it take it's position from either of the following

woocommerce-
.template-shop div.product div.summary

or

woocommerce-
div.product div.summary

As it is this section that moves when the message bar comes in. I would then achieve the desired look and function.

Thanks

M

Hi M,

You can either move the message with a change of its margin with:

#top div.woocommerce_error, #top div.woocommerce_message {
border: 1px solid;
margin: 0px 0px 23px 0px;
}

Or you can adjust the price position with a bigger line-height in the css you already have. The issue is that since the element is position absolutely and the message bar is supposed to come in underneath it, its not set up to re-position when the message comes in.

Regards,

Hi, great theme!

I have used quick css to create the desired layout for my site, but I am having a slight issue with the price on the right.

http://cultofindustry.com/shop/hoodie-test-1/

I have used the following as a workaround to get the price on the right, in line with the top of the product title.

#top .price_container {
position: absolute;
right: ;
top: 55px;
line-height: 55px;
}

This works great when just viewing the product. The problem occurs when a size is selected, and product is added to cart. When the Woocommerce message "Product successfully added to your cart" appears, the price does not move down with the rest of the content, which is what I would like to happen.

Please help...i'm pretty new to wordpress and css, so I am guessing what I have added to my quick css is affecting the price positioning funtion. If you need a copy of my whole quick css I can provide it.

Thanks

M
