You have a few plugins that are duplicating the same functionality and the very least that should be sorted out.</p> <p>With everything disabled, try uploading your category images and getting the basic functionality of the store and theme working. Once everything is set, figure out which plugins you want to use for which functions and activate theme one at a time. It will scan the entire theme for strings. The plugin can be downloaded from the same page that you downloaded the wpml plugin from.</p> <p>I believe the thumbnails get automatically generated from the big (main) images that you upload.
