Then I tried switching to the WordPress Twenty Eleven theme with all plugins deactivated, and the Add Media button worked. Then I reactivated the plugins (with Twenty Eleven activated) and it worked. But when I switched back to Brightbox, the Add Media button stopped working. So I'm assuming this is a theme related issue. </p> <p>I'm reading lots of posts on Google searches with the same issue, so I guess it's a very well known problem.
