After the theme is updated, simply paste everything from your old custom.css file into the new one. Also if you made edits to the theme files , they will be overwritten as well. Your images will not be touched and neither will your database. Can you show us an example live of some css that isn't taking effect but should? I would really appreciate help on how I can make all my css edits in my child theme's style.css instead of the parent themes custom.css. I have set up child themes before with no issues but when I set one up for the Angular theme it only overrides some of the parent styles but none of the major ones that need to be changed. I'm making more then just css edits and would really like to keep all of my css/php/html edited files all together. Please if you can give me detailed instructions on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated. </p>
