Devin,
You were right! The representative from "WPEngine" that 'set up' the "staging" site for us forgot to tell us that only the images from the past month were transferred from the 3.4.2 "production" site! So, we took a chance and upgraded the production site to 3.5.1 and, at first 'glance', it seems to be working okay.

Thanks for your great support (and template, too!).

Topic closed.

Hi Mark,

It looks like you just have files missing. The portfolio images are pointing to files that don't exist and the base file for that thumbnail is also missing.

See: http://visualimpact.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/L1-Computers-Cbsi-Powerpoint.jpg

and the thumbnail that is actually loaded on the front page: http://visualimpact.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/L1-Computers-Cbsi-Powerpoint-465x346.jpg

Regards,

Devin

We have decided to use "WPEngine" to host our new site (which we are planning to launch 3.13.13). They have told us that they really don't want to host our current site on 3.4.2 because of security concerns for the other site on the server that is hosting our site. So, to help us 'debug' the site running under 3.5.1, they have set up two URLs for us running on 3.4.2 and 3.5.1 to determine what's wrong.

Depending on the browser, on the home page there are either missing portfolio items (second row: Print, Television, Radio, Computers) or they won't even display (twirling 'loading' icon continues to spin without displaying anything). Site running 3.4.2 does everything the way we want it to.

3.4.2:
http://visualimpact.wpengine.com/

3.5.1:
http://visualimpact.staging.wpengine.com/

Thanks for your help.
