Hello,

A sliderCanvas is covering the real GIF image. This is a bit of a hack and not recommended but it's working in your case. You probably have to maintain a single image for the background because I'm not sure if this is going to work on multiple images. Place this on your custom.css

.avia_fullscreen_slider li img {
position: relative;
display: block;
z-index: 9999 !important;
opacity: 1 !important;
width: 100%;
height: 100%;
}

.avia_fullscreen_slider canvas {
display: none;
}

The background looks great. :D

Regards,
Ismael

A good thing to note... the browser resize trick seems to only work in safari where as in firefox it just displays a still.

Hello there, been loving the theme...
Just curious on this one... I uploaded an animated gif into a page's image gallery for the background (just to see if it would work).
At first it appeared to only display a still image but upon resizing the browser page with my mouse it shuffles through the animated gif all rapid like. This is very rad, but is it possible to either just display an animated gif as a background or to have this effect controlled by mouse position instead of resizing the browser?

The mouse position thing would be very very cool, hehe.
take care and thanks,
d
