In this instance, IE simply doesn't have the ability to render the effect and so it would require adding a secondary system which would then need to have fallbacks for earlier versions of IE again (transparency on the image etc).</p> <p>I'll send the request to Kriesi to add something else for IE, but it would be more of a feature and not a fix. Since my client requires IE compatibility and the theme clearly advertises compatibility with IE, I'm hoping I can get the theme to degrade a little cleaner. Is there anyway to have the "pointer" triangle simply show above the drop-down menu as it fades in? It doesn't have to animate left to right. Any guidance would be appreciated!
