On #1, I would STRONGLY suggest just adding the bits of CSS you want to change into the custom css box at the bottom of the Styling tab under Theme Options. As a bit of a newbie when it comes to code myself, I like having it there so I can quickly test and change. Then I copy everything out into a txt file and keep it under the website files. Also, you might consider the plugin Advanced Code Editor, makes for super simple editing inside the Wordpress Editor interface.

Sorry for silly questions, but where do I find custom.css in Appearance/ Editor. I can not see it anywhere, is it the style.css that I need? I used file manager to make a change suggested on support forum and it worked well but it converted the theme settings back to default and I had to redo. Obviously for a newbie like me I am best doing it through wordpress editor, if I could only find it.

2. I also have a logo with a drop down cursive g. I would like the g to sit over the h/ line allowing the space between the menu and the line look in better proportion. Currently the stroke of the g is lowering the h/ bar far too much and I don't want to adjust the size of the logo.

3. other themes I have used have allowed font, size and colour to be changed via the editing panel. Do you know of a plugin that would help make things simple for dummies?

Thank you so much you guys rock!
