As you can see what should appear as one selector field with 2 options in a drop-down selector is showing up as 2 separate items. Neither item may be selected so a purchase cannot be made. </p> <p>I suspect it may be due to some css styling (I haven't made any changes to the original css) but have not been successful in finding it.</p> <p>Your help is appreciated. </p>
