			<description>&#60;p&#62;Basically you should keep images under 500kb. Perfect wotuld be something between 100 and 200kb. Some browsers have problems with image sizes of 700kb+

&#60;p&#62;You really can't use a 19Mb background image on a website; not only does it take all the memory your host has allocated you but users would never see it unless they were on a *really* fast connection and waited 2 minutes.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Even a massive image should be no more than a couple of Mb's; try compressing the file by using an option such as &#34;Save for Web and Devices&#34; which should optimise the image whilst not reducing the quality.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you need help compressing the image, ZIP the file and upload it, linking back to it here and I'll take a look.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I want to put a background image and when i upload it via wordpress dashboard says for an error (Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 67633152) (tried to allocate 16000 bytes) in /home/haritos/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 254) and i can't upload it..How can i fix it? The size of the background image is 19mb.. How can i put a background image and this can fit to any resolution visitors use?
