			<description>&#60;p&#62;That's imho not (easily) possible because you'll also change the content bg color (as you pointed out above). You can only try to create a background image with a certain height and your headline color and apply it to the .post-entry element. The disadvantage is that you need headlines with exact the same length. Another solution (can get a time intensive and difficult task) is to change the post-title location with margins and paddings or you can modify/move the post title code (in includes/loop-index.php and includes/loop-single.php) so that it's not affected by the post-entry margins/paddings. Both solutions will require some time/work - you can use plugins like Firebug to investigate the css code).
