Hey,
1) The blog page itself shows the blog template which does not work with dynamic templates. However you can create a standard page and apply a dynamic template to it. The template builder also offers a blog element so the result should be more or less the same.

2) Try to add following code to css/custom.css:

.post-entry .template-shop content{
    margin-right: 100px;
    width: 620px;
}

It's not a perfect solution because the content will be displayed under the preview image however it's the only solution which is possible with this layout (sidebar + standard post with shop).

3) Maybe it's related to a wired configuration (template assigned to blog page). Please create a dynamic template and assign it to a page or use the blog template without template.

Here is the blog page: http://cantabilemusic.com/news/

And here is an individual post page, with the same dynamic template assigned: http://cantabilemusic.com/2012/01/new-releases-12302011/

As you can see there are multiple problems:

1) The blog page completely fails to respond to the assignment of the dynamic template. The single post page responds perfectly.

2) The post content runs under the sidebar [this is caused by a conflict with the woocommerce shortcode in the post; I asked about this problem in another thread. Since no one replied I decided to try eliminating the sidebar by moving it to a dynamic widget above the feed. Joke is on me apparently].

3) The blog page displays the posts twice. Or, to be more specific, it displays the total feed area twice. That is, if there were two posts, it would show 1-2, then 1-2 again. Three posts would show as 1-2-3, then 1-2-3 again.
