Hi,

in your style3.css file in your css folder replace the background in your body like this:

body {
     background:url('http://www.thegalleryinn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/bg.gif') center 0% repeat-y;

To stop it from repeating you can change repeat-y to no-repeat.

Hi,

excuse me for the delay. It's been hectic the past few weeks around here. We always try to respond within 24 hours but sometimes posts get forgotten.

As for your background, could you elaborate where exactly you'd want your background to be? I'm not sure how you see this. Maybe a quick screenshot can help.

Does the level of a question in this support forum has a priority based on the dificulty? A week ago I posted a question (look up) and since, I have not got an answer, not even a look here. Unfortunately that says a lot about the service you're providing regarding your product. Taking that issue aside, I've been trying to figure out how to insert a couple of images as backgrounds inserting this:

body
{
background: url(../images/bg.gif) #000;
}

...as one of the support staff explained a year ago in another thread; but it does not seem to work. Any help from staff or outside will be appreciated. http://www.thegalleryinn.com

My apologies for not being too specific. I posted the question after looking at the whole forum for answers and trying to edit the css. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, how could I use an image as a background?
Actually it would be two images used as borders,
left and right, fading from the top down.
