Hi,

For the call out quotes background you can place this on your custom.css

.container_wrap.alternate_color.container_split.fullsize {
background-color: red;
}

Let me get back to you regarding the portfolio arrow issue.

Regards,
Ismael

Update: okay, it is not WP 3.5 vs. 3.4.2 as I have installed both and both are having this portfolio ajax navigation issue. Please advise what I might be doing wrong - as the navigation once a portfolio is opening does not work using the arrow buttons. It does work if you click on the images below the ajax detail window - only that will move thru the other items in the portfolio.

Also - one more issue that is strange - in portfolio ajax window that opens, the prev/next buttons are not working properly. Instead of showing the next or previous portfolio item in the open ajax window - it bumps cursor to the next item down in the portfolio images. Any idea how to fix this or what is happening? Could this be a symptom of WP 3.5 - if so, I'll go back to 3.4.2 - Thanks again!

Which option in the theme styling allows me to change the background color of the text area/callout/quotes? I cannot seem to hit on the right combination - I don't want it the same color as the header or the slideshow background or the main page content. Please give me a little CSS that will do the job! Thanks so much!
