On the upper right side of your screen, you can see <strong>Screen Options</strong>, click it and check <strong>Link Target</strong>. Now, expand your menu item(Tickets) and you should see a checkbox which says Open link in new window/tab, just check this. Can we have the link open to the desired url in a new window? </p>
