Maybe he's on a trip or he takes a timeout ("holidays") but he didn't notify me about it so I can only guess. He works on the updates and he can estimate the release date but I can only tell you an ETA if it's based on an official statement. Not a, "I'll ask Kriesi" or "sometime soon... this week, next week, etc". </p> <p>I'm OK with, a "look we're swamped, it will be [fill in an actual timeframe here] before we can deliver an update." It's just a little frustrating to see support posts with acknowledgments of an existing bug and that it will be fixed at "sometime" in the future. </p> <p>I love the themes I've purchased, they are really great work, I just want some sense of when the known bugs will be fixed.</p> <p>Cheers,<br /> Carl </p>
