Personally I prefer <a href="http://inoplugs.com/tribulantnewsletter">Tribulant Newsletter Plugin</a> because it's user friendly, it works flawlessly and it offers all features you need. <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mailpress/">MailPress</a> offers a lot of features but it's not very stable.
