Now go to the new Abundance setup. Again, go to Tools > Import > Select Wordpress > A popup box will appear click "Install Now". I was going from Propulsion to the Abundance Theme. From your instructions, I think your meaning from Abundance to Propulsion? It looks like either way it would work from your instructions. I'm not sure if my choice is a better one though, since Propulsion might be newer and it's responsive? I was really looking for a different side menu option and I also notices a couple of extra options for the sliders within the Abundance Theme. First, I'd make a database copy to be on the safe side. Then rename your Propulsion theme folder to eg propulsion_bak and rename your abundance folder to "propulsion".
