Don't know what was preventing the checkbox label from displaying, I've solved the problem using a different approach. I've edited the plugin code, omited the &lt;label&gt; tag for the checkbox and made the text appear as a result of a php code directly after the &lt;input&gt; tag (W3 says that's OK). The text following the checkbox isn't displayed at all.</p> <p>I'm using Subscribe To Comments plugin. The plugin works just fine, but under the comment entry field only a checkbox is displayed and no explanation what the checkbox does.</p> <p>I've tried it with Twenty Ten theme and everything displays fine. I've tried some other plugins that have similar functionality, but the problem with checkboxes persists, so I believe it's theme related.</p> <p>Any thoughts? </p>
