If you have posts tagged with the same tag, it tries to pull the featured image thumbnail. If there's no featured image, you get the square with question mark. While that is a cool feature, it also sort of disables tagging or requires an image on every tag.</p> <p>I've worked around the lack of menu URL by using "Blog" as a category.
