Hey,
you can use a woocommerce extension like WPEC to WooCommerce.

Hello! I purchased the Abundance theme, which I love, but I already had my store and products set up using the WP E-Commerce plugin. I installed the woo commerce plugin, as I did not love the other (and I want it to look the way the Abundance theme is set up) but when I deactivate the WP E-commerce and activate the woo commerce, I loose all of my products. Is there a way to easily get the products from one to the other?
