Hi,

With stumble upon, you should find out what problem they have with your url, they often make mistakes but they probably have your site listed as violating some rule as determined by an outdated bot. Consider adding a subdomain, if they refuse to answer you which in return redirects back to your domain. sensei.your-site.com (subdomain)

Thanks and Good Luck,

Okay, thanks Nick. I'll just leave it as is for now then.
Not sure what I can do regarding the stumbleupon error, but thanks for pointing it out to me.

Hi,

I looked at the two pages, and they are very different. (You can see a comparison, here --> http://i.imgur.com/bJ0l2.png )

I doubt that the two pages will look identical without lots of testing on different browsers or unless the templates are modified. The structure of the top page must change to resemble the structure of the bottom page and for that to happen the existing css needs to be rewritten or the template and helper pages must be modified. I think this is outside the scope of the support team.

---

On an unrelated note, Stumbleupon.com is throwing an error in your code on page (http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk/portfolio-item/strength-conditioning-area/) 'Unable to post message to http://www.stumbleupon.com. Recipient has origin http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk." The many reason for this error is explained by the company here https://getsatisfaction.com/stumbleupon_help_center/topics/why_does_this_error_message_occur_in_my_java_script_console

Cheers Ismael!
That's worked nicely :D

I just need to know how to remove the shadow underneath the header?
And can I also nudge the title a little higher towards the menu? So this title: http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk/portfolio-item/strength-conditioning-area/ is closer to this title: http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk/sports-teams/

Thanks again for the help!

Hi ben4213,

For the color of the font title, you add this to custom.css or Quick CSS:

h1.main-title a {
 color: #6C3 !important;
}

For the background color:

.stretch_full.container_wrap.slideshow_color.light_bg_color.title_container {
 background: white;
}

just add !important if that doesn't work. Hope this helps. :)

Regards,
Ismael

Hi Ismael,

Thanks but this only removes the title completely. I still want the title just with different colors.

Is there not something to add, instead of 'display:none;', that can change the title font color? I can set the background color to white by adding background: #fff;, which seems to change the breadcrumb to green as well, which is good, but the title color is white also so it disappears. This is what happens http://rigsfitness.co.uk/2342312321123.png. I just want to add something to change the title font color to green, plus I'd like to remove the shadow under the header container too?

I have the same problem with the titles in blog posts and the forums, so i'd like to change these in the same way as well?

Thanks for the help!

Hi ben4213,

Try to add this in your Quick CSS or custom.css:

.single-portfolio .stretch_full.container_wrap.slideshow_color.light_bg_color.title_container {

Any help with this?
I've been playing around with the /*avia title big*/ css in the layout.css file but not having much luck. Can't seem to override any of the inherited settings other than the container background color. For example, I can't force the font color in .title_container h1 using !important but can do other things like add an underline?

Hi,

I'd like to customise the styling of the headers on the single page portfolio items so that they match the headers for the rest of my site.

For example, I want the header on this page http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk/portfolio-item/kickboxing/ to match the header style of this page http://www.rigsfitness.co.uk/sports-teams/ (I also have the same problem with the forum header and would like to alter this too).

I've had a look at the single-portfolio.php file but can't see how I can modify the header style from here.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!
