Hey!

Yes, you just need to replace includes/helper-templates.php to fix the issue.

Best regards,
Peter

No I don't and I have made changes that will get wiped because I was an idiot when I set up the website. If I just download the latest theme and replace the helper-templates.php file that will fix the problem?

If not perhaps I could be guided on what code to edit to fix the problem with my current version of the theme?

Are you using the latest version of Shoutbox (I think it's 1.3)? Another user requested this feature in the past and Kriesi implemented it in v1.3. The changelog says:

file: includes/helper-templates.php - you can now choose to display the featured slider without any blog posts bellow

Hello,

basically I just want to be able to display the featured post slider at the top of the home page on it's own. Because I currently use header images between different blog elements to categorise the front page. And when I set the top blog element to 0 posts from no category and then enable the featured post slider it automatically displays loads of articles underneath which I don't want obviously.

I use a text element between each blog element to add HTML code to add a image header between them. Below are some screen shots and a link so you can see what I mean. Hopefully there is some code I can edit so I can show the slider on it's own without it automatically showing a load of articles when I set it to show 0.
