The Display theme is automatically placing Categories and Archives at the top of all of my page sidebars. Even though I have other widgets in the "Display Everywhere" location it's still overriding it. When I tell the Display Menu Manager (which I'm not using, I'm using WP 3.x Menu Manager) to display the menu in the sidebar it removes the Categories and Archives, but then I'm stuck with an empty "Submenu" title.

Help point me in the right direction please.
