Hey!

Currently the slideshow does not support thumbnails. You can try to use the kenburns slideshow (like http://www.kriesi.at/themes/velvet/ ) which can be used with a thumbnail control bar underneath the slider.

Regards,
Peter

Hi Devin,

Thank you, but it does not quite do the job. We have tried all three of them, and we end up with something like this:

http://theuncommonthread.co.uk/goods/images

And what we would like to achieve is having a medium-sized image and 1-2 small thumbnails just next to it, just as here:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/98466546/brassica-sumptuous-dk

Also, how de we actually "populate" the slide-show, i.e. where do we inserts all the images to be used in it?

Many thanks,

Ce

Hi Ce,

You'll need to use one of the Image Slideshow options (for the portfolio item slideshow) that has thumbnails. Just select it from the dropdown in the Slideshow Metabox below the visual editor for the portfolio item.

Regards,

Greetings,

Almost there, just a question on the image presentation.

How can we display a few small thumbnail images next to the main one within a Portfolio entry? Ideally, it would look very similar to this:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/98466546/brassica-sumptuous-dk

Currently it looks like this: http://theuncommonthread.co.uk/goods/brassica-sumptuous-dk

Many thanks,

Ce
