According to Yoast it doesn't do any harm if you include short post excerpts. Google notices that it's an archive/preview content. He says it's not necessary to use noindex, etc. in this case...

Hi,

Firstly great theme and great support I have found lots of answers here already.

I am creating Tier 1 & Tier 2 pages using dynamic templates that are pulling some content from either posts or pages lower down in my site. My concern is that Google might consider this duplicate content?

i.e. a tier 1 hub page has columns showcasing all products for sale with little images and snippets (using read more) this leads you to the deeper page on that product, thus the content (first few sentences before the read more cut off) appears in two places.

I am just at wireframe stage so want to get the right structure.

I am using:
Corona
Yoast SEO plug in latest version
I am still waiting for a domain transfer so have temporary URL only

Thanks for your help
