&#60;p&#62;Try switching the theme to one of the default wordpress themes and going through the checkout process. As far as I know the theme doesn't modify the process of downloadable items so it shouldn't have any effect on it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If it doesn't work there, you either have the plugin configured incorrectly for that product or something like that. In which case we are a bit limited in what other steps we can take to address it and you would need to check with the WooCommerce support.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I am unable to have my downloadable products work.  They are linked to the proper file but we they are purchase the download link when clicked on downloads a very small file .4 Kb in size with the same file name, but the actual wave it is attached to is 20mB in size.  The website is floormusic.widemanmusic.com.&#60;/p&#62;
