Hi,

Try to ask them to make it about at least 10mb for the upload_max_filesize. Hope this helps. :)

Regards,

Ismael,

thank you,
I have sent a request to them but just in case they ask me how high should it be set?
What would you say is the minimum upload_max_filesize setting?

Hi,

Try to contact your host. The upload_max_filesize should be set higher to allow the dummy data to be loaded on your site.

Regards,

Thank you Ismael,

Although I said that I followed the instructions, I realized that I had installed the theme by FTP
because when I tried the upload method I kept getting this error

"The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini."

What do I need to do?

Hi,

Can you try dowloading the latest version of your theme. You can re-download from Themeforest from your Downloads list.

Also make sure you don't have any plugins running that could be causing a conflict. If importing is successful, try to re-activate the plugins one by one.

Regards,

Hi,

Have you checked the pages? Kindly check if the Blog, Contact, Template Files, Portfolio, etc. is added on the pages. The dummy data won't load again if its already loaded.

Best Regards,

Hi,

I've installed the template as per instructions and then tried to import the dummy data. It says "Import Worked Out" but there's nothing there.

What could be wrong?
