I know that they get an invoice via email straight away. But my client wants to know if there is a way to send a reminder to the customer. Mainly in the case of a customer using the bank transfer or cheque options. If the transfer has not appeared in the bank account after 3 days he would like to be able to give a reminder to organise payment so that the goods can be shipped.</p> <p>I have looked at the extensions and I don't think this is possible through the woocommerce setup to do this.
