I am using Version 1.2.1

It is simple to reproduce with the steps described.

Happy to send you a link, but it should be non public.

Hi Dude,

unfortunately this is not true in my case. Again, I have done following steps:

1) downloaded the default logo to my desktop
2) uploaded the same logo (without changing anything) to WP
3) selected this imported logo for the theme

Result is that it will mess up the main navigation.

Using WP 3.2.1

What am I doing wrong?

Cheers

If you use the default logo or a logo with the same dimensions you don't need to adjust any css code.

hi guys,

I still do not understand why I would need to change the style.css for following scenario:

I have copied the default logo to my drive and modified the content (not the size) and imported the file into WP.

Now when I select the logo, it still messes up the header & the menu. Even if I use a logo with the size of 247 x 94px

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Hey,
you can adjust the logo size in style.css - search for following code and adjust the width + height value:

#top .logo, .logo a{
display:block;
height:85px;
width:165px;
position:relative;
left:0px;
top:0px;
border: none;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
}

Your logo displays fine for me though.

I've worked out the css that I have to change, but don't want to do this until I know for sure that it isn't something more obvious. Under 'general options / logo' it says that the max size for an image is 247 x 94px, and this is the size of the image I'm importing.

Apologies if I'm being a bit thick, but on trying to upload my logo to Avisio it does this: bht-design.org.uk

What is going on?
