Hi,

If you go here ( please select the entire link and paste it in the browser.

https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!searchin/fancybox/fancybox$20jumps/fancybox/7l82vzMhXcw/Cu8G7fx4wqoJ

and search in that group for ... fancybox jump ... you will see a large number of people asking support the same question. It seems to be caused by an anchor hash tag. I would ask there, a few people were able to fix the issue with whichever themes they use.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi,

Try to do Nick's solution but put !important on it. Something like this

.fancybox-wrap {
top: -14px!important;
}

Remove browser history then reload the page.

Regards,
Ismael

Thank you, guys.

I tried the solution, but it has no effect for me. My Firebug tells me, that the value for top is overwritten by element.style {top:125}. This value seems to come from the js, but I am no expert in this.

Where exactly did you put that. You can take a look at the site, it has the -14px implemented right now.

Best regards
Andi

Hi,

I am not sure what is forcing fancybox to scroll the page. This will make the scrolling go away, though I wouldn't call it a solution, unless you move the close x button elsewhere.

.fancybox-wrap {
top: -14px;
}

Thanks,

Hi,

I'm not sure what is causing the issue. Let me tag the rest of the support team to help out. IMO, it looks ok anyway. The site only move down a little bit when the button is clicked.

Regards,

Hi guys,

your theme is working like a charm on my installation.

However, there is still one issue to be resolved. I am using Fancybox for Wordpress as a plugin to open a form in a popup.
Everythings works, but after the forms popped up, the whole site is scrolling down a bit.
I already figured out that this is a conflict with the avia_default javascript. If I am commenting out "wp_enqueue_script( 'avia-default' );" in the header, the fancybox works perfekt. Unfortunately I need both ;-)

Does any of you guys know how to handle this?

You can have a look at it on http://www.spolia.de by clicking on the big button in the upper right corner.

Best regards
Andreas
