Nope, this will only effect single post pages.

Thank you Devin - will follow your advice and report back.

Just one thing - will your suggestion for the featured image also get rid of it on the front page? I actually want it there if possible.

Regards

Hi Lance1,

Try adding the following CSS to your style.css:

#top.single .entry-previewimage.rounded {
display: none;
}

This should get rid of the featured image without having to modify anything major in the php files.

For the overlapping issue, try putting in a empty line right above your image as it seems to get attached to the top of the post. Alternatively, you can add the following to your style.css:

#top.single-post .entry-text {
margin-top: 40px;
}

Since you are adding a couple of new styles, you might want to just create a new css comment and then add them all together at the very bottom of the style.css so you can keep track of the fixes/changes/customizations.

Regards,

Devin

Hi

I want to use a featured image on my client's site, to appear on the list of posts on the front page, but I don't want it to appear duplicated above the main image in the article itself. This seems unnecessary and spoils the look of the page. Is there a workaround for this - or am I doing something wrong?

Additionally, the fine line framing the images cuts through the 'author', 'comments' and 'date' icons. Is this intentional?

You can see both issues on this page: http://be-lucid.com/banskoblog/2012/04/sofia-apartment-hotel-flora/

Any help appreciated!

Thanks in advance
